Return
Don't worry if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable because you can return the goods for a refund or exchange. You have 7 days from the despatch date in which to return the goods. Return the jewellery to us in the original condition, (especially with rings...try it on at home for a few minutes to see if it fits, please don't scratch them.)
Please note
1. You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage;
2. Do not get rings engraved until you are sure that they fit. We do not give refunds for rings that have been engraved. This also applies to the rings we have engraved for you. Therefore we advise you to return parcels using a 'signed for' service, although this is at your discretion.
3. You are responsible for the return postage charge
